Girls & Boys Ages 6 to 16

Our Recreational Tumbling Program provides our athletes with the foundation of tumbling gymnastics through proper progressions in a safe environment. We offer Tumbling Classes for all ability levels from beginners to athletes that have been tumbling for years.

Beginner Tumbling

AGES: 6 - 10

GENDER: Girls & Boys

Our Beginner Tumbling Class is an hour class for both boys and girls looking to improve their tumbling skills. This class uses a combination of fundamental drills and training apparatus such as the trampoline and Tumbl Trak to help each athlete achieve their goals! Athletes will learn skills from forward rolls and handstands to cartwheels, round offs and bridges!

Intermediate Tumbling

AGES: 8 - 16

GENDER: Girls & Boys

Our Intermediate Tumbling Class is an hour class for both boys and girls looking to improve their tumbling skills. This class uses a combination of fundamental drills and training apparatus such as the trampoline and Tumbl Trak to help each athlete achieve their goals! Athletes will learn skills from back handsprings to back tucks!

Advanced Tumbling

AGES: 8 - 16 (Level Based)

GENDER: Girls & Boys

90 minute class for boys and girls grouped by ability.  Coach's recommendation or evaluation is required along with a positive attitude.  They will gain a better understanding of body awareness and learn to focus their minds on advanced tumbling skills.  Skills being worked in this class consist of Layouts and Twisting.

PT Tumble

AGES: 11 - 16

Our Teen Tumble classes are 60 minute long classes for school age boys and girls.  They begin with a warm up to ensure the kids are stretched and warmed up to begin class.  Next they work on skills such as handstands, cartwheel and bridges, using tumbling drills, trampoline and tumble track.
