Our Recreational Trampoline Program is what kids love the most: JUMPING! We offer trampoline classes for all ability levels from just learning to jump to combinations of flips and twists. Trampoline classes build aerial awareness, strength and coordination. Each of our trampoline instructors has been trained by former United States National Team Member, Kevin Strickland.

Trampoline One

Ages: 5 - 8

Our Trampoline One classes are 45 minutes long.  These classes are for beginner athletes ages 5 - 8.  They begin with a 10 minute warm up to ensure the kids are stretched and warmed up to begin class.  Next they will begin their 30-minute trampoline rotation.  We end the class with a 5-minute activity to strengthen their coordination & motor skills.  This class is geared to teach children how to safely learn flips, twisting and coordination.

2019 Fall Session One

Trampoline Two

Ages: 9 +

Our Trampoline Two classes are 60 minutes long.  These classes are for beginner athletes ages 9 +. They begin with a 10 minute warm up to ensure the kids are stretched and warmed up to begin class.  Next they will begin their 40-minute trampoline rotation.  We end the class with a 5-minute activity to strengthen their coordination & motor skills.  This class is geared to teach children how to safely learn flips, twisting and coordination.

2019 Fall Session One

Advanced  Trampoline

Ages: 9 + (Skill Based)

Our Advanced Trampoline classes are 90 minutes long.  These classes are for children ages 9 +.  They begin with a 15 minute warm up to ensure the kids are stretched and warmed up to begin class.  Next they will begin their 60-minute trampoline rotation.  We end the class with a 15-minute activity to strengthen their coordination & motor skills.  This class is geared to teach children how to safely learn flips, twisting and coordination.

 

***Tuition is monthly and based on a 48 week year.***
