Girls & Boys Ages Five & Up

Gymnastics helps children build a wide range of motor and coordination skills which assist in developing body awareness and core strength that carries over to all other sports. Gymnastic training improves these skills in a way that just practicing within their sport cannot.

Sport Strength and Agility One

Ages: 5 - 8

Our Sport Strength and Agility One Classes are one 45 minute long classes for boys ages 5 - 8.  These classes will engage your child in strength, flexibility and agility training using the gymnastics equipment to provide a safe atmosphere!

Sport Strength and Agility Two

Ages: 8 - 14

Our Sport Strength and Agility Two Classes are 60 minute long classes for boys ages 8 - 14.  These classes will engage your child in strength, flexibility and agility training using the gymnastics equipment to provide a safe atmosphere!
