Gymnastics helps children build a wide range of motor and coordination skills which assist in developing body awareness and core strength that carries over to all other sports. Gymnastic training improves these skills in a way that just practicing within their sport cannot.

Beginner Sport Strength and Agility One

Ages: 6 - 7

Our Beginner Sport Strength and Agility One Classes are one 45 minute long classes for boys ages 6 to 7.  These classes will engage your child in strength, flexibility and agility training using the gymnastics equipment to provide a safe atmosphere!

Ages: 8 - 10

Our Beginner Sport Strength and Agility Two Classes are 60 minute long classes for boys ages 8 to 10.  These classes will engage your child in strength, flexibility and agility training using the gymnastics equipment to provide a safe atmosphere!
